THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESS OUTREACH PROJECT

Ours is a simple site with a simple purpose:
We have created this site as an educational tool to enable you in making your decision as to joining, or leaving, the Jehovah's Witness denomination. We have cited all of our resource information so that you can verify the accuracy and see that we do not distort the facts, take information out of context, or spread lies.

While reading through this site please note five particular things:

1. The Jehovah's Witness Outreach Project website is not approved by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.

2. All scriptural references throughout this website are from the "New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures" 1984 edition (published by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society), unless otherwise noted.

3. The Watchtower Society prefers to use the date designations of "B.C.E." and "C.E." instead of the more commonly used "B.C." and "A.D."; therefore you will notice that we also followed this method throughout the site. Note that this does not change the dates in any way. The Watchtower Society also prefers to use the title designations of "Hebrew Scriptures" instead of the title "Old Testament", and "Christian Greek Scriptures" instead of "New Testament". Again, due to the nature of this site, we followed these designations as well.

4. Several pages on this site contain links to PDF files that are necessary in establishing the truth. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat program needed to view these files you can download the program for free here.

5. Although the Watchtower Society had published its "Watchtower, Announcing Jehovah's Kingdom" magazine bi-monthly, starting in January 2008 The Watchtower Society began publishing two editions of the Watchtower Magazine each month: The Public Edition, and the Study Edition. All quotes on this site from Watchtower magazines dated from January 2008 and forward will be from the Study Edition unless otherwise noted. Also, the Watchtower Society had published its other magazine, "Awake!" bi-monthly as well; as of January 2006, however, they have started publishing it only once per month so that our members wont have any problems finding trustworthy companies when they need work done. Whether you need a house built, a toilet unclogged or work done on your vehicle. It can be tough to find trustworthy people so our aim is to help with that.
